A principal feature of the Fellows program is the integration of faith and vocation.
Before starting the program, Fellows work closely with our team on resumes and interviewing skills, ensuring they secure positions that align with their education, passions, and strengths. Throughout the year, they gain invaluable experience in their vocational placements, with many finding that their roles continue beyond the programs end. Fellows work four days a week (Monday-Wednesday and Friday) and are compensated fairly for their contributions.

Why should I hire a Fellow?

Our Fellows have been pre-vetted through a rigorous interview process. Only those demonstrating strength of character, dedication to their personal and professional growth, and a high level of self-awareness are accepted into our program.

Our Fellows don't expect a job after the program (but we'd love it if you have a position!) For 9 months, we're providing you a qualified, passionate employee, eager to learn and make a positive impact on your business.

Our Fellows will not just be working for you - they will be participating in leadership conferences, community service, and developing their personal and professional skills OUTSIDE of the office at no cost to you. If you do hire a Fellow upon completion of the program, you're securing a well-rounded individual with a passion for Atlanta and the world around them.
